We are so grateful that you decided to choose Sama Nail Polish. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to the nature of our personal care products.

However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, we would love to hear from you and help you resolve any issues. Please email hello@samanailpolish.com.au

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
